Personally, I love blockquotes, I find them very useful and use them unconventionally in my own designs. I encourage others to do so as well.

hello! I love love love this template. A girlfriend and i are starting a blog and thought we would use it! I had a question if you have a minute, if not, no big deal ... I would like to remove the search bar from the header, is that hard to do? Also, when I uploaded the template to blogger, the date isn't fitting inside the box to the left of the post. It is like the lettering is too big. I tried making it smaller in the advanced section, but put it down to 8pt and it still doesn't fit -- any ideas? Thanks again - you do amazing work!
